The SHYNE Academy is building a catalogue of professional-development education, CPD programs, practical learning resources and skill-development tools focused on the skills people use every day in business — communication, sales, buyer behaviour, customer experience, professional judgment, trust, relationships and decision-making.
It is designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, sales professionals, service providers, consultants, creators, customer-facing professionals, teams and organizations. New programs and professional resources will continue to be added as the Academy grows.
The SHYNE Academy is operated by DMs to Dollars, a registered Canadian business and the provider of Ethical Sales & Revenue Strategy, the Academy's first CPD-accredited professional-development program.

Katherine Joy
Founder, The SHYNE Academy | CPD Educator
Katherine Joy brings 30 years of experience in business management and 20 years in finance, with extensive experience in sales, customer communication, relationship management and professional decision-making.
Today, she is the founder of The SHYNE Academy and the educator behind its growing professional-development curriculum, beginning with the CPD-accredited Ethical Sales & Revenue Strategy program.
Her approach to education is grounded in practical application — developing professional skills that can be carried across businesses, industries, roles and platforms.
